Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed in our system, orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Europe by our authorized logistics partner using trusted express couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on destination and fastest available route.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Europe
Express: 1–3 business days
Standard: 2–4 business days
International (Worldwide)
Express: 3–5 business days
Standard: 5–9 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier operations, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All shipments are fully tracked and insured.
Signature Requirement
For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery, particularly for higher-value shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery where required.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection in accordance with local procedures.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging redelivery or collection where required.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid duties and taxes, any return shipping and related costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

As orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner, delivery-related matters are managed in coordination with them.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact our customer service team. We will liaise with the courier and fulfillment partner to assist in resolving the matter as efficiently as possible.
We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered.
